Web Graphic Designer
Curiosity, productivity and creativity. The Graphic Designer will primarily be creating graphic design for user interface of web applications and occasionally content. As support to the Interaction Designers, the Graphic Designer will work on several projects at once contributing through graphic design explorations, implementation and production. The Graphic Designer will implement prototypes, mock ups or story boards of user interfaces. As a team member the Graphic Designer will collaborate with UI Engineers, interaction designers, Usability Testers, and other groups in the company to create design that supports the principles of Contact application.

Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of layout, information design and typography on web applications
-Experience in design of icons (meaning + implementation) both for web and windows applications
-Be fluent in various design styles and able to implement the work of senior designers
-At least 2 years experience as a graphic designer in the web and/or multimedia industry
-Be able to take direction from Art Directors and Senior Designers and also able to work independently within design guidelines and schedules - have a keen eye for detail
-Strong knowledgeable of development processes with HTML for the web
-Knowledge and experience of working with Macromedia Director
-Must be fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator and Flash or other image editing tool
-Any additional skills the designer bring with him are preferred, but not required (illustration, animation, type design, web page layout programs)
-Knowledge of product development process (preferred)
-Bachelors degree in related field (preferred)
