 | Desktop Support Administrator Provide technical, end-user support to Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and other departments. Perform evaluation, installation and integration of third party packages and the advancement of current systems. Build and configure desktop and laptop systems. Support and administer NT servers and workstations. Resolve reported desktop problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configurations issues through troubleshooting and research to facilitate employee productivity. Maintain data integrity and security for the desktop environment. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Qualifications: -3 years of desktop support experience -1 year of NT server administration/support experience -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -Strong troubleshooting skills and desktop application support skills covering major office productivity packages -A+, MCP and strong TCP/IP skills -MCSE (preferred) -UNIX expertise desirable If you wish to inquire about this
